# Bot is not working

 * Hi there,
 * I have been using WP bot on my site with lifetime license, but facing an issue
   with latest updated.
 *     ```
       Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'toLowerCase' of undefined

           at wpwbot_board_action (qcld-wp-chatbot-front.js?ver=10.8.5:2127)

 * I have roll back to older version but error still exis.
