# Bot identified as Human

 * In the weekly email the count of Human users is much too high for my site and
   quick inspection of the log details shows …bot.apple.com and ninja-crawler74.
   webmeup.com among others are incorrectly identified as Human. Not a useful tool.

   could you please confirm the domain name of your site and if you’re SiteGround
   customer?

 * I just wanted to post a short follow up here. We are currently in the process
   of including a new function to the plugin, which will allow you to block using:
 * – User agent
    – Hostname – IP ranges
 * While we cannot provide an ETA, it will be available in future releases of the
   plugin.
 * I will be marking the topic as Resolved, you will be able to post an update if
   you would like us to take an additional look as well.
