Borrowing from a style sheet?

  • All,

A buddy has the connections theme (http://vanillamist.com/blog/?page_id=64) and I really like a few things from it and tried to modify the WordPress Default theme to incorporate those features. Mainly, the style in which thes dates and times are posted, the divider.gif icon and the blockquote.gif. Well I was able to accomplish 2 out of the 3 working perfectly and I have in a nasty hack to get the divider.gif to work, but I’d rather get it working in the stylesheet vs the page.php as I have it now.

Anyways, here is my site and if you look on page 2, you can see the big red-X. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it to show the divider.gif.

  • I can see the divider in the blog (FF). Obviously you’ve fixed it…

Not really, just totally hacked a few pages (sing post, main index). Check out page 2, you should see a nice red X. The connections theme has it done in the stylesheet, I just can’t get any response from her or figure it out.
