Borders misssing issues ver 3.14

Hi
I am using version 3.14. I have bought the the expanded package last week. I missing the borders.
I have tried to change the css files, but have not succeded.
From one of the members (on the support page) I have learned that there were missing items in the css files. I have compared the ones that come with the package with the one on your demo site but did not see a difference.

Can you help please. I am on a deadline.
