Borders; inside edge (mozilla), outside edge (ie)

  • I’m trying to apply a border style to a div tag on my site. However the border shows up on the inside edge in Mozilla, and the outside edge in Internet Explorer.

    Example can be seen here: http://www.phfreq.net/images/border-styling_moz-vs-ie.jpg

    My CSS sheet is here:
    http://www.phfreq.net/wp-content/themes/Enlightened/style.css

    The code from my header.php where I’m trying to apply the border looks like this:

    <div id="topnavigation">
    <span class="menu">
    <a href="#" title="Link">Link-1</a> -
    <a href="#" title="Link">Link-2</a> -
    <a href="#" title="Link">Link-3</a> -
    <a href="#" title="Link">Link-4</a> -
    <a href="#" title="Link">Link-5</a>
    </span>
    </div>

    I’ve searched for answers but nothing specific to this turns up. Any way to fix it?
