 * Hi,
 * I am trying to decrees the height and change the color of the border bottom. 
   I can’t find it anywhere. Is it an li, ul, or .widget-on-page issue? Or is it
   an hr and not a border? How does it work and whats the proper css.

 * Had not realized that I did. I must of had a cache issue as well. Thanks for 
   pointing it out as now I can go back and change the size and color.
