Border around sidebar widget

Hello,

I am trying to put a border around the events list in the sidebar. When I use this code below…

.tribe-events-list-widget {
border:2px solid #a1a1a1;
padding:10px 40px;
background:#dddddd;
border-radius:25px;
}

It puts a border around the HOMEPAGE SIDEBAR WIDGET ONLY NOT THE SIDEBAR WIDGET ON A DIFFERENT PAGE. Then when I navigate back to the homepage after I’ve viewed a few other pages, the border on the homepage widget is gone.

This is very annoying and its been time consuming because I need this border around the sidebar widget to stay as it matches the theme design on that page.
