 * I tried re-installing it also, I am using this on my I-pad, I have another site
   I maintain using my I-pad and bootstrap slider is working just fine???

 * Hi,
 * I don’t know if you are able to customize using an iPad.
    But first of all, keep
   your theme updated to latest version and reduxframework plugin updated to latest
   version.
 * If you are still having problem. You can disable one plugin at a time, clear 
   browser history and see if it fixes your issue.
