Hey guys, having a few problems. First thing, I noticed you said in a different support ticket that you have issues on a bootstrap theme? Is there something I need to do to get it to output better?

Second thing, the filters are not working in the plugin. Can’t get them to populate. It just keeps telling me: “First add filters for images by click on FILTERS menu link” and no matter how many times I check the filters, doesn’t work. I’m at a loss on this one.

    Help?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Kenny,

    Thanks for contacting us.

First thing – We will update our CSS in the next updated and fix bootstrap conflicts.

Second thing – 1. You need to create filters.
    2. Click on add gallery Then Add Images.
    3. After adding some images you will see a select box below every image, you need to assign the filter to every image.
    4. Now you can publish the gallery.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Thanks

    Thanks for the quick reply!

I have created filters, as you can see here: https://imgur.com/5YaPJ0B

And when I edit my gallery, this is all I see (no dropdown to select filter): https://imgur.com/dJ0jQfL

    Thoughts?

    Hi,

You have to select filters by clicking it, for multiple filters you should use Cntrl key the dropdown / select box for filters is available with the pro version

Sorry, that last response doesn’t make any sense. I have no option to select a filter anywhere on this screen that I can see… https://imgur.com/dJ0jQfL

Can you send me a screenshot or something showing exactly what I should be clicking? I can’t help but think something isn’t working correctly, because it should be more apparent.

Would love to leave you a good review, unfortunately I still cannot use the plugin as the bootstrap issue is causing major display issues. You can see what I’m talking about here.

Once that is working and I can use it appropriately I’ll gladly leave a review.

    Check the js error: http://prntscr.com/ojqft9

Google Tag Manager causing the problem.

Sorry, don’t know why that error cropped up. I usually keep an eye on those. Fixed it though, and it’s still not working.
