 * How can I make the form display horizontal – I have seen it in the bootstrap 
   css examples .form-horizontal.

    email [your- email]
 * instead of
 * email
    [your-email]

    Unfortunately the plugin does not allow to you change the classes (
   though this would be a good idea). You could make it horizontal by adding some
   css in your themes style.css.
