Bootstrap 12 MegaMenu

Hi,

I currently have a premium theme where I am using the MegaMenu funtion. By default, the MegaMenu allows for the creation of 4 columns of equal width. I would like to extend the capability of the MegaMenu, so that it has 4 rows of variying column widths.

I have spoken with the Theme Developer, who has stated the the MegaMenu runs, using Bootstrap 12. I am not entirely familiar with Bootstrap 12 and wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction on how I can go about editing my MegaMenu as to achieve the above goals.
