    Hello

I bought the Pro version yesterday and ran into problems today. My hoster had to deactivate the plug-ins after it triggered enormous traffic on multiple CPUs at once. I was blocked. The problem was solved the moment the plug-ins were deactivated.

    – Is there a solution to this? Settings?
    – Can I get an answer to my other request per email sent yesterday?

    Urgency: High

    Any help much appreciated.

    Kind regards
    Karsten

  • Hi,

Sorry to hear about problems. Never happened before. What modules are enabled, try enable/disable one by one, also it could be a conflict with other plugins, try to figure it out by disabling all plugins (except Booster and WooCommerce). If problems continue, please contact us at support@booster.io for further assistance.

    Hi Val

Thank you for your answer. We checked and the problem resulted from a single function of another plug-in. It has nothing to do with Booster for Woocommerce.

We also upgraded PHP from 5.4 to 7.x, which gave another “boost”.

    Regards
    Karsten

    Hi,

please tell us more what the plugin and function is causing the problem.

    Hi,

happy to hear that you solved the problem and it’s not our plugin that caused it. If you are ok with that, may we mark thread as solved?
