    Client is having a real problem with this plugin recently (Pro Version). Ticket numbers for events don’t match across Printable View, Booking page and backend

    For example we have an event which on the printable view shows 44 tickets sold, but adding up the numbers in the column results in a total of 35. It seems that if a person has booked a space on multiple occasions, only 1 will show on the list. e.g I have somebody who has bought 3 tickets in 3 separate transactions but the printable booking only shows 1.

    The ‘manage bookings’ admin page is similarly useless with a manual tot-up of tickets adding up to 46 tickets sold with the total at the bottom again showing 44

    I think this may have been related to a PayPal problem where IPN was failing and not updating tickets. I went in an resaved each booking, and everything is good. Panic over
