Booking times won’t display for certain months

I’ve encountered a strange issue with booking times not displaying on months that begin on the weekend. The booking times do however appear when I set working hours for both Saturday and Sunday.
Unfortunately for our client, business hours are only Mon to Fri, so the issue will unfortunately persist if I set working hours to exclude Saturday and Sunday. I supply URL’s below of the issue mentioned above:

I checked this link https://johannkrynauw.co.za/online-booking-fees?wcalendar=1580515200 and booking times are displaying when I click on the day that has open slots:
When page loads plugin will display slots from the current or first day in the monthly calendar. So when in the current day or first day of the month there are no slots (because those are not working day) then they will not be displayed.kind regards,
