    Hello,

I have created a booking system for rooms and it works perfectly on desktop, however when I tested it on mobile nothing shows up after I select the service.

Can you please advise on how I can make this responsive?

    Hello,

This can be a CSS conflict with your theme or other plugins.

Please, share the URL of page with booking form, so I can take a closer look.

    Hello,

    Link is as follows: https://fblhdrhub.wpcomstaging.com/book-now/

I am using the Astra theme, along with jetpack to optimise. On mobile nothing shows up after the first selections however if I click ‘exit out of mobile site’ the booking system works fine.

I also did have 2 other queries which I have tried to troubleshoot myself but have been unable to.

    1. Cancellation link is not generating in my emails to customers

    2. When I cancel the booking from my end, it sends a cancellation confirmation for every single time slot, when all I want is to send one cancellation email for the time range.

Thank you so much for the swift responses!

Would it be possible for you to switch theme to default and try?

UPDATE: if this will not work on mobile default theme, please do try the following:

    1. Open User interface tab of the settings page.

    2. Disable the option Show service description.

    3. Clear the cache on your mobile device and try again.

Let me know if that helps, please.

    Hello,

So I figured it out, my theme already had native AMP and there was an additional AMP plugin which was automatically activated when I created the website (before I added my theme). This AMP plugin was in a way counteracting the native AMP.

I deactivated the AMP plugin and it works like a dream, I didn’t have to change the theme or settings on the user interface.

Are you able to help me with my other 2 queries I mentioned earlier?
    1. Cancellation link is not generating in my emails to customers
    2. When I cancel the booking from my end, it sends a cancellation confirmation for every single time slot, when all I want is to send one cancellation email for the time range.

    Thanks again!

    Hello,

    Thanks for updating.

    Regarding your other questions:

    1. Please check the following:

Option Allow cancellation or approval by link on the User interface tab is set to ‘yes’.

Option Notifications landing page on the Email notifications tab contains the full URL of page with the booking form.

    2. Set the following options:

Multiple booking cancellation notification mode (admin)
Multiple booking cancellation notification mode (customer)

In the notification templates insert the appointment loop. For example:

#customer_name canceled the appointment with #service_name on

    [appointment_loop_start]
    #appointment_day at #appointment_time
    [appointment_loop_end]

    Hello,

The cancel link now populates in my customer email, however when I got to cancel it only cancels the first appointment of the timeslot range (e.g I did a test booking from 8:00am – 10:00am and it only cancelled the 8:00am – 9:00am timeslot but the 9:00am to 10:00 slot was still booked).

The email notification loop didn’t work and I still got 2 separate emails when I cancelled (from the admin side).

Apologies, I had my laptop stolen so was not able to reply.

I have sent an email through with screenshots.

    Hi,

Could you please send also a screenshot showing the cancel link (the ‘on booking’ notification)?
