    Hi there!

I am building a booking system for an activities company, and I have spots for “guided visits” that I would like to make bookable for more than one kind of client.

This way, let’s say I want to book a spot on a specific day. I choose the day and hour and for that spot I would like to book tickets for:

    – 2 adults ($15 each)
    – 1 baby ($3 each)
    – 1 kid ($4 each)
    – 2 grandparents ($7 each)

In my mind I designed it as if the “guided visit” was a product (“Activity”), and inside I am placing variations depending on if it is adult / kid / baby or grandparent. For each one of these I am adding a form, however I am not able to do a sum up of everything in the product page before adding everything (all the tickets) to the cart. Do you know how to do this?

    Thanks a lot beforehand!

PS: I have already bought two add-ons, Display Forms and Advanced Packs.

    Hello,

If you are using a variable product with four variations (for adult / kid / baby or grandparent) bound to a booking form (it can be the same booking form), the customer will need to add each variation to cart one by one. It will create four distinct cart items and four distinct bookings, it is not possible to “merge” them before adding to cart.

If you want to have only one cart item and one booking, you can use the Prices and Credits add-on. It allows you to set up “Price categories” (docs), that is, a different price for adult / kid / baby or grandparent for example). The customer will be able to input the desired quantity for each category on the same product page.

Thank you very much, that was really helpful!

Is there some sort of bundle offer for the add-ons? I fear the annual fee is going to be a bit high if I also get this add-on.

    Thanks @yoancutillas !

    You are welcome!
Unfortunately there is no bundle offer for the three add-ons.
