[Resolved] Booking Info not showing on mobile device

  • D.O.P Can i just say what a great plugin.

    Anyway, the info that I ‘enter in’ on a specific date on the calendar, appears when you roll over it on the web version(web), but when you open the calendar on a mobile (iphone say), all it has is a green block denoting that day, and that there is something there, but nothing about it, even if you click on it.
    Sorry if that didn’t make much sense, but hope it does!

    Please recheck firstly that you do not use any cache plugins.
    If you are using someone (like WP Super Cache), please add the exception to the page with booking form.

    Also, please clear the browser cache in your iPhone or at computer and then try to test it again.

    Please forgive my ignorance, but how do you check pls?


    Just checked my dashboard and plugins, no cache plugins there.
    Cleared phone cache too.
    Still no information showing.

    So I don’t use any cache plugins, and I’ve cleared both cache.

    When I view the calendar on a mobile device, I cannot see what information is set for any day. Just a green block.

    The site isn’t live to the public as such yet so it’s just testing at mo. However I did set up some info for 24th may.

    You are not using the Booking Calendar plugin.
    You are using the Booking System plugin. Please contact the developer of that plugin about this plugin.
    This forum is only about the original Booking Calendar plugin.
