The ability to show, who made the bookings, possible in the paid versions of Booking Calendar in “Timeline” view like in this live demo https://bm.wpbookingcalendar.com/timeline/

If you was meaning by “visitor to book multiple days” the ability to select several days in calendar, so you just need to activate the “Multiple days” selection mode at the Booking > Settings General page in admin panel.
