Booking Calendar not loading on pages

    Hello everyone on this forum! I’m using your theme for one of my websites but since few months, after a new update of your theme, the calendar is not showing anymore on the different “trips” pages. I have a total of 13 trips (which are actually excursions in my case) with the calendar showing on the right hand side of the page. But now looks like the calendar is loading and loading with no availability. Check for example this page: https://puntacanadunebuggy.com/trip/regular-buggy-2-seats/ I just need the regular calendar with all days available. Hope you can help me as I couldn’t find the solution by myself. Claudio

    Hello @slimer83,

    I am sorry to hear that the button is not working.

    Can you please make sure that you are using the latest version of the WTE plugin and its add-ons?

    Also, please make sure to clear the plugins and browser cache before checking the issue.

    And have you checked for any third-party plugin conflict?

    Further, can you please edit the trip to check if the package and pricing have been added fine?

    The plugin is not showing that needs updated, so i guess is the latest version. I wrong uncorrectly that there was an update of your theme…I found out I got the theme from RARA Themes, theme called “Travel Agency”… and included there was your plugin.

    I’m guessing it’s a third-party plugin conflict but i tried to desactivate them all and still I have the same problem. I’ve also tried to edit the trip page but there are no options to edit the calendar view.

    Hello @slimer83,

    Are you sure that you have deactivated all the non WTE plugins and hard reloaded your site to check the issue?

    I hope you didn’t hard reload your site/cleared the cache.

    I spoke with rara themes and they got to sort the problem out. Was one of the plugins that was making conflict… “Minify html” in my case.. once deactivated the calendar showed up again.
