# Booking Button not working

 * I bought this plugin and all the add-ons to setup a travel website. Unfortunately
   the **“Trip Fixed Starting Dates”** is not working properly. Booking buttons 
   for journeys with a date in **November** and **December** are not working. The
   booking form just does not open.
 * **Getting this error:**
 *     ```
       Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getTimezoneOffset')
           at Object.onChange (wte-public.js?ver=5.2.2:1)
           at pe (fpickr.js?ver=4.6.9:2)
           at Object.E.w.setDate (fpickr.js?ver=4.6.9:2)

       ```
   
 * I installed the WP Travel Engine and Trip Fixed Starting Dates plugins on several
   different fresh wordpress installations. No other plugins or CSS. With the default
   wordpress theme and using the travel agency pro theme. Same problem.

 * I just tried different Operating Systems and Browsers on different devices with
   browserstack.com
 * Turns out the booking button works with windows 8.1 on edge, chrome and firefox.
   Windows 7, 8 and 10 are not working with any browser!
 * Also it works on some Android devices (not emulated, real devices).
 * But it doesn’t work on any ios or MacOS System/Browser.

 * I just found out you don’t even need a VPN. I changed the timezone on my Macbook
   to Kathmandu, Nepal and it works when I refresh the page on chrome! I don’t even
   have to restart. 😄 Please fix that! Can’t be this hard. 🙂

 * I have talked with the development team and they have figure out the issue and
   the issue is only seen on two months November and December only.
 * They will soon fix the issue and release an update to the plugin.

   team will look into it.
 * I will close this topic and change my review as soon as this is working.
