  • Hi Booking Ultra Pro Ultimate,

    I purchased your product in October 2019.

    I purchased the Booking Ultra Pro Ultimate product.

    I have tried it with 2 websites.

    It just doesn’t seem to include the 1st & Last name in email confirmations after a booking appointment is made (either in the email to the client or to the email sent to us as the Website owner). Instead of 1st name and last name the emails includes the text “TESTING OF APPOINTMENT BOOKING”

    Here is the email text that the client gets:

    I think the above is not difficult to fix. But I do think it is an issue at your end with the code in the plug in.

    If you could get back in touch with me on this as a matter of urgency. It looks quite unprofessional to not include the client’s name in the emails and to have the text “TESTING OF APPOINTMENT BOOKING” in the emails.
