    The booking process is automatically accepted when the time si not already booked by another client.

    Better should be to :
    1) send a notification to the staff
    2) set the appointment request to “request” status
    3) the staff accept or decline the invitation with a comment
    4) the notification is sent to the client

    This because can be that the time is already booked from another communication channel or the staff don’t want to have reservations.
