I hope you actually do help, because I’ve been emailing your team back & forth with the exact same question. Multiple emails have been responded to with completely incorrect/not applicable solutions/suggestions. In my last email I screenshotted & cropped to the exact portion of the page that needed customized–and eight days later I still haven’t received a response.

Sorry about the same we get spammed too often on our contact form. Get 450+ emails.
So for changing book features text into something else you have to kindly go to appearance>editor>index.php and search the text and change it.
For the increase of image size kindly go to appearance>editor>style.css and find the class:
.threebox .feature-image-book remove background: #dbdbdb;
and then go to class:
.threebox .feature-image-book img
within it increase width to 120px and height to 90px
