Book covers upload option missing from admin

    Hi there,

    My option to upload a book cover for my review seems to be missing now. It happened when I had uploaded a cover for the review, and then wanted to change it. I clicked remove book cover, but then the option to add one back disappeared. This is from the side panel for the post. It still gives the option to add a featured image, but Book Cover one is gone.

    I checked old reviews that still have their covers uploaded, but it doesnt show anyway to access those ones either (even though the covers are still live). I’m not sure if I accidentally hit something in the settings, though I wasnt in there when it happened. I can’t find anything related to this in the settings either that would remove the book cover option, but am hoping Im wrong and its a simple fix!

    Hello @prosourcesa

    After you’ve removed the cover, update the review. The page should reload then you’ll see the “Add cover” button.

    his is a bug I’ll fix in the next update.

    Hi Kemory,

    The problem is it also seems to be missing from new reviews too? Like if I open a new one, there is never an option to add a cover.

    So you’re not seeing the “Add Book Cover” link when you create a new review?

    Hi,

    Exactly, the whole section mentioning the book cover from the right side bar where it used to exist (where you can put the author, feature photo, tags, etc) is now missing. I cant find anything mentioning a book cover, even when creating a new review. I am on the most recent version of the plugin (1.60.1) on WordPress 5.9.1 (but the problem existed with WordPress 5.8.3 as well)

    Are you using the Gutenberg (block) editor?

    AH, I see where it is now under the regular editor! Thank you, I am not sure why it used to be in the gutenberg editor on the side bar and now isnt, but as long as I can access it somewhere, no problem. Thank you for your help!
