Support » Themes and Templates » Boldy Theme – Tweak PHP for 2nd Logo?

  • Running WordPress 3.1 with the free Boldy theme from Site5.

Here is a working version of my website:

I want to achieve something like this screenshot.
i.e. Have a 2nd logo above the social media icons.

I have tweaked PHP in the past on previous themes, but always had a little guidance from you wonderful lot.

Was wondering if anyone could advise? I have been snooping in the header.php, but I imagine I will need to write a new line in somewhere?

  • bump?

For info, I did actually get an answer to this on the great Stack Exchange WordPress site.

However, its not the answer I need.
It gave me an example of how to tweak the CSS to take the ‘Request Quote’ button (swapped image over in my screengrab) and shift it to the location I point to in my screenshot.

I actually need to find a way to create a new placeholder for a new image above the social media icons, one that stays in the header, regardless of what page you are on.

I have no clue how to modify the PHP to do this. Any suggestions would be great, as I am happy with all other aspects of the theme, but if I can’t crack this one soon, I am going to have to hunt down another theme soon.

I’m new to WordPress and am using the same WordPress theme, Boldy to revamp our current website. I would like to remove the button titled “request a quote” entirely from the homepage blurb section and just leave the homepage blurb area. I don’t need it to appear anywhere on the home page or other pages. How do I do that?
