To begin troubleshooting I want to verify that your WordPress core is updated to its latest version. You should also have the latest Crio theme and Premium plugin versions installed.
Did you receive any error messages after updating your Crio Premium plugin? If so, could you copy/paste it into the forum here for us?
Are you also using BoldGrid Post and Page Builder and Post and Page Builder Premium on your site? If so, be those plugins are up to date as well.
One thing you can do is enable debugging so that we can and see what errors messages that reveals.
It would also help if you could provide a list of active plugins so we can try replicating the issue on our end.
