    Hi there
    My log file shows: “Bogus user-agent signature – [SERVER:HTTP_USER_AGENT = Mozilla/3.0 (compatible; Indy Library)]”

    It seems to create a problem return from my payment gateway page to my wordpress site.

    Under HTTP_USER_AGENT server variable I have disabled “Block suspicious bots/scanners” but without effect.

    What can I do?

    Hi,

    The log line shows the rule #ID that blocked your request. In your case, it is #306. Go to the “Rules Editor” page and disable that rule.

    I would also recommend to ask the gateway payment author to update that signature because many web application firewalls are likely going to block it too.
