# BOGO doesn’t work

 * Followed your tutorial in the FAQ section and it doesn’t work. Trying to do buy
   3 get 1 free, but I add 3 to cart and it’s giving a discount to one of those.
   I don’t think you understand how BOGO works, but the customer is meant to BUY
   3, and the next one is free. So 4 would have to be added to cart, does that make
   sense?
