Body Background Showing Larger Above Header

I have a background that is seamless and I have it set to repeat but above the header (top of wrap) it enlarges, the pattern is bigger than the rest of the background.

I have tried even making one large solid background and it still takes that section and enlarges it.

Used Firebug to find problem but nothing I can see.

I did add a margin of 30px to the wrap to create a space above the header and below footer. I tried adding the margin to the #header section but it creates a margin within the header not above? This may be the issue?

I just need to know how to get the background pattern to repeat without it expanding above and below wrap.

You have to look close but you will see the pattern on the sides is much smaller than on top and bottom where I created a margin.
