I’ve tried everything and my thumbnails are still slightly blurry.

I have the ‘auto resize’ option off. You can see the full lightbox image is perfectly crisp but when Nextgen creates the thumbnails they are slightly blurry.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@zfly9 – Are you using the same size thumbnails (384 x 384) as your defaults for your galleries? Have a look under Gallery > Other Options > Thumbnail Options to check.

Also, can you share the dimensions (a rough average is fine) for the original images you are using from the gallery?

    Thanks!

400 x 400 in the Other Options > Thumbnail Options

    original images example: 3456 × 3456

I shared the link with you above. You can inspect and see original file sizes.

@zfly9 – Are you resizing the originals when uploading and do the galleries you have concerns with use the 400 x 400 thumbnail sizes?

If the thumbnails are being dynamically resized for the gallery display then they might be losing some quality going from the 3456 size to the 384 sizes…

@imagely – No, like I said if you inspect the images you can see that they’re full sizes. Although I did test resizing them first and that didn’t work.

Do you have an email address so I can give you access?
