Blurry photos on members directory grid

    Hi,

    Our photos of the profiles in the grid of members directories has gone blurry after an update of the plugin. I’ve checked that now is shown at the grid the 40×40 redimensioned logo instead of the full logo, so it sees blurry. Can you help us to change it?

    Hi @pauibars,

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed on your site?
    Do you have any image optimization plugins installed?
    I don’t see this issue on the page you’ve provided.

    Sorry, I simply deleted the 40×40 version logos of all member folders Ultimate Member uploads via FTP…

    The version of UM Plugin is 2.1.4.

    We don’t have any image optimization plugins.

    Hello,

    I’m facing the similar issue with my profile photos on the members directory after the recent update of Ultimate Member plugin (version 2.1.4). The page in question is https://atlantic-society.com/member-directory/

    Could you please provide a screenshot of the page WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Settings > General > Uploads?

    The answer is in Settings > General > Uploads > Image quality = 100

    However, i did this, but the images are still blurry. I have no caching plugin.
    Does plugin Regenerate Thumbnails help here? I think not, since the UM images are not stores in the regular media library, or?
