Your plug-in is great. I think it would be massively improved if you added an option to ‘blur’ the content that is locked, it makes it more obvious that the content is unavailable. This functionality is similar to what the solution section on experts-exchange.com looks like if you aren’t a member.
I think people end up bouncing or thinking they are at the end of the article because all the end of article type buttons and next article content show immediately after the locker.
