The guy I talked to made it sound like all he could really do was give me my login information and help me install WordPress. * I rely very heavily on GoDaddy’s support, so this got me wondering: how is Bluehost’s support? Are they knowledgeable and helpful about most things? Is this just a fluke? * I’d appreciate insights from anyone who has experience with Bluehost. Thanks! I don’t call their support very often, but my experiences have been good thus far. * If you are wanting help with transferring the domain name, then I’m sure they can help you with what you need to do that. If you wanted help transferring the site, I don’t think they will help you besides maybe providing some basic steps, but WordPress has steps for that and there are other good online tutorials as well, if you want help there. I changed the domain name on my site twice. Both times the site got broken pretty bad. The first time support did everything. The second time support said they do not do that and gave me links such as the one above. Blue Host is the same all the time.
