Bluehost Site Migrator reports “It looks like your site didn’t transfer”

I’ve just purchased a Bluehost account and have installed the Bluehost Site Migrator plug-in on my wordpress website. I openned the plug-in and it reported that my site was compatible. Then it said “It looks like your site didn’t transfer” and gave an option to retry. Then just loops around with no other options. Not impressed! No instructions or error logs or advice, just ‘retry’.
