Bluehost has the worst customer/technical support and I would not recommend them at all! After several months of hosting I received and email stating my website had been shutdown and to contact them immediately. Called their support number and Customer Service transferred me to Tech support. Tech support stated that the site was causing problems on their server and upon asking what needed to be done to fix the problem, the guy stated he didn't want to deal with it and to find another host. I called back to Customer Service to voice a complaint and was told there was nothing that could be done. I asked for a refund and was told it would be issued within a week. Three weeks have passed and no refund. Further calls to Customer service and I'm told the refund is being processed. Unbelievable. How are they listed first in the recommended hosting sites?
