    Hi, i got problem

    When i tried to add photo at members page template blue question mark is on this photo instead of photo that i upload. I’ve tried to scale photo, use different type of document but still question mark is on.

    Can you share screenshot ? And when you try to open that photo is it opening or not ?

    “When i tried to add photo at members page template ” What do you mean by that? Are you using a plugin to extend user info?

    The problem may be related to the plugins. So Try deactivating all plugins temporarily to see if it resolves the issue. If it Works, there-activate them individually to find which plugin is causing the problem.

    Also, the other reason is a Theme that causes the problem, so switch to an unedited Theme for a moment using the WP dashboard to discover any theme-specific issue.
