blue curves creating a incorrect site title url – broken link

  • I see two problems.
    1a)
    source reads:

    <div id="title">
    <h1><a href="Brokers Online Family Finance Weblog">Brokers Online Family Finance Weblog</a></h1>
    </div>

    Source should read:

    <div id="title">
    <h1><a href=
    "http://www.life-assurance-bureau.co.uk/family-finance/"
    >Brokers Online Family Finance Weblog</a></h1>
    </div>

    1b)
    Now here I’m guessing a little–
    likely the index.php reads something like:

    <div id="title">
    <h1><a href="<?php bloginfo('name'); ?>">
    <?php bloginfo('name'); ?></a></h1>
    </div>

    index.php should read something like:

    <div id="title">
    <h1><a href="<?php bloginfo('url'); ?>">
    <?php bloginfo('name'); ?></a></h1>
    </div>

    It’s also possible there’s a misconfiguration that is causing the bloginfo(‘url’) to be output as bloginfo(‘name’) instead, I dont’ set these WP blogs up very often, so not as familiar with setup as I could be, but check the admin panel in Options > General and make sure Weblog title,
    WordPress address (URI) are properly set.

    2) The other problem is that the style.css file is giving the link in the title—when it’s not selected—the same color as the background header, but on mouseover, it’s visible. It’s a relatively simple css coloring issue.
