Blossom Template

I have loaded the Blossom Template by Rose City Gardens and I am having issues with:

The top introduction header. How can I display the text across the whole box? When I add the text it displays to the right only. This is changed in the Theme Options.

Module Headings. How do I link the heading Welcome to the welcome page.
It currently still links to the tags and when I add tags they are displayed at the top of the page so I have deleted all of my tags. The other module headings are okay.

When I disable the picture of the flower through theme options it does not show it on the first page but displays it in the post pages.

Does anyone use this template and how have they resolve these issues?
