 * Is there anyway to change the Blogs Header to something different. I can’t find
   the page to make the change.

 * If you have set the blog page from, **Dashboard->Settings->Reading** to **A static
   page** and set a blog page in **Posts page**:
    You can change the Blogs Header
   by going to the page you assigned for blog post and change the page title to 
   change the blog header.
