On my blog I recently upgraded to WP 2.1.3 which caused an error in my sidebar. I went through unplugnow’s steps to resolve this — http://wordpress.org/support/topic/115353 — and the error message no longer displayed (good!) but my blogroll links don’t show up (bad).
Below is the code from the theme I use (Soft White). I know this stuff is deprecated in this version of WP AND I have posted a message for the template creator. However, in the meantime I’d simply like my blogroll to show up.
I’ve read numerous threads and done as they’ve instructed to no avail (e.g., I’ve replaced the code with the wp_list_bookmarks but keep getting parse errors). I seem to be at an impasse. Any thoughts or links to posts which have helped you solve this problem will be VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.
I used 2.1.3 because that’s what GoDaddy had on offer through their hosting. Before I attempt to fix the code, I think I’ll go through the upgrade process again the long way with the newest version of WP.
