Support » Themes and Templates » Blogroll: displaying child categories under parents?

  • Hello everyone,

    I am using the following php code to display my blogroll in a page:

      <?php wp_list_bookmarks(); ?>

    Which makes it look like this:
    http://www.cognitivecombine.com/?page_id=4

    However, I would like child categories to be displayed right under their parents. How would I need to edit the php tag to do this?

    For example ‘blogroll’ is the parent of ‘ubuntuforums modblogs’, but ‘ubuntuforums modblogs’ is being displayed at the bottom of the list.

    Thank you.

    Link categories (which is all the blogroll stuff) are not hierarchical. They don’t have child categories. Or parents.

    Hmm then why can I assign parent categories for them? Just wondering.

    You can assign anything you like to them, because the categories are merged and such. Doesn’t make much difference what you assign to them, they’re still not hierarchical.

    Well, not yet, anyway. Perhaps one day.

    Ah that’s a shame, thank you Otto42.
