BlogOLife Navigation Bar

I started a new website and uploaded BlogoLife. Then I fooled around with the background color. The starting page had a navigation bar, and it was like a banner with titles of different pages. However, it said “sample page.” Then I set up some other pages with the modified background color. I chose my own picture for the header image on http://www.higherselfesteem.com. I tried uninstalling and removing the header image. The navigation bar (for going from one page to another) is still missing. Please help!
