Bloggroll, about me, etc

    Folks I am trying to get a blog set up in wordpress on my domain in host gator. I want the ‘about me’, ‘blogroll’, Archives, etc all set up on to the right of my posts. I would the picture of me up there too rather than
    on a different page. Word press has headings under blogroll that aren’t even what I want but to do with wordpress and I can’t get them off. Somewhere I think I put up all my blogroll names and now I can’t find them. Help!

    Yes, you can have them set up on your sidebar, through widgets.
    Go to your admin Dashboard –> Appearance –> Widgets

    For the ‘about me’ with a picture, use a text widget and paste the code and text in there. The blogroll widget is called ‘Links’

    To edit the blogroll links, go to Dashboard –> Links (edit, delete or add new), they will display correctly on your sidebar.
