Blogging .swf flash movies? hwo to embed?

I can’t figure this out for the life of me.. I feel like some of ya’ll gotta be blogging .swf’s into your posts as well….

I try copy pasting the typics object / embed code.

THe end obj / embed always gets cut off and no player makes it to my front page. (in IE a player shows up, but rest of page is lost … in Firefox just no object is embedded)
