Blogging daily with date header / navigation / menu

    I will daily blog about my experiences of having been diagnosed with metastatic lung cancer.
    Which menu system should I use where today’s date constitutes headline or another menu like structure?
    I’m looking for as simple a theme as possible, which works in both smartphones tablet and PC / Apple. I’ve looked through a number of themes available, but have not found the optimal solution. In the meantime, I use the theme Editor
