Blogger Importer works but content doesn’t appear

I am trying to import my blog from a blogger (blogspot) blog to wordpress. I have exported an xml file from blogger. I have run the blogger importer on my wordpress site and it uploads successfully. The next page says “Import Blogger” and then a ‘submit’ button.

I click ‘submit’ and then the following page says,
“Import Blogger
All done. Have fun!”

My problem is, I am not having fun. When I go to pages or posts…nothing new has appeared. I am looking for over 300 posts and there are just the 18 I had before the import happened. I even changed the wordpress permalinks so it matches blogger (%year%/%monthnum%/postname or some such…. I didn’t double check it for putting it in here but it is correct on my website.)

My question is, where are all my posts? How do I see them/import them?

And I have cleared my cache and also reloaded things by pressing f5.
