    %IMG% %RAWEXCERPT%
    %TITLE%
    and when i am adding %fulltext% then image is showing….

    %IMG% by definition inserts the image URL, not the image itself.

    Blogger has full HTML support.

    You must wrap %IMG% with img html tag.

    something like:

    <img src="%IMG%" alt="%TITLE%"/>
