BLOG_URL is not working at "Welcome User Email" in network setting page (WPMU)

    Hi Guys,

    Im having problem on WPMU new site/user registration, at the email body settings under Network Settings page, New Site Settings > Welcome User Email, the BLOG_URL is not being replaced with site url. it’s just show me “BLOG_URL” in the email.

    Anybody had encounter such problem ?
    Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks!

    Are you using any plugins to customize things in regards to WordPress’s email?

    I’m not. By the way the issue was fixed. the BLOG_URL have to be defined by my own in wp-includes/ms-function.php . Thanks for you reply anyway.

    You should NEVER be editing wp-includes/ms-function.php
