Blog warning and fatal error multisite

I have a multisite installed in my root and for some reason the main site’s blog keeps coming up with this error:
Warning: require_once(/home/content/86/10681786/html/blog/wp-load.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/86/10681786/html/blog/wp-blog-header.php on line 12

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/content/86/10681786/html/blog/wp-load.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_3/lib/php’) in /home/content/86/10681786/html/blog/wp-blog-header.php on line 12

I double checked and every file seems to be there. I have two subsites and both of these can have a blog just fine. I deactivated all of the plugins, checked those and they are not the problem. I upgraded to 4.0 thinking this would help but it didn’t. I need some expert help with this.
