Blog visible but posts no longer visible

I recently had to move my blog from mydomain.com/blog to blog.mydomain.com. There were some issues in getting the blog to load but that has been resolved but now the posts won’t load. I get a ‘500 Internal Server Error’. I’ve tried old posts as well as posting new stuff and neither loads. WordPress Address and Site Address have both been changed to blog.mydomain.com. Any ideas? It’s hosted through GoDaddy, if that’s relevant.
